setelah di persetujui kedua-belah pihak, maka hantaran daripada pihak perempuan sebanyak 13 bekas... tapi dengan rezeki yang mendatang, ader lagi beberapa tetamu yang hadir memberi 6 lagi bekas hantaran... berupa kuih bakar, putu beras, gubahan gula2, pulut kacau dan lain2... gambar2 tersebut tak sempat diambil.

20 Sept.... Maked A Tart Cookies.....

hai... guys... u know yesterday i maked a tart cookies...for raya coming soon. i can't belive tht i can do it very well... heheheh.... i hv absolutely no idea how pineapple tarts made. my sister in law " Kak intan" showed me the recipes last year, but this year i embarked on my adventure in baking pineapple tarts... here goes...

Recipe

Recipe Kuih Tart Gulung

The pastry ingredients:

- 1 buttercup (250gm)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup custard flour
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 300gm wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


Methods:

put buttercup and icing sugar in the large bowl then pukul sampai kembang, add egg yolks to bind and vanilla essence, if two yolks cannot bind them, into smooth dough, add one more yolk, then add custard flour and lastly add wheat flour. if the dough is too soft, add a little more wheat
flour.

u can buy a ready-made jam from the cake specialist shop or u can make ur own.
i have no problem with the above recipe as a weather wasn't too hot. if u find the pastry is too soft, during a hot wheather, keep them in the fridge and take out smaller portion to work on them...

KL.... 13 Sept

Last week, i went to kl ... huhuu naik bus lol.... bcoz my brother took my car... that day my time table was full..... huhuh..... u know, when i arrived at around 12.30pm at shah alam, i should take back my car, then drive straight to KL ampang puteri hospital to visit my nephew there.... his name Ahmad sahill 15 years old, he got a hot fever + viruse, doctor said... then i sampai sana around 2 o'clock, lepak-lepak kat sana with him , then petang i go out with my fiance to buy some food for berbuka time, u know, the big bazar ramadan at taman melawati... soooo huge... more people there... ermmm after berbuka and prayer....+bath++++ hehehhe , at 9 o'clock i go out with my fiance to go KL International airport... to send my brother back to Birmingham UK, he's flight 2.00am... itsss.. toooo tiredddd that time... my brain always think about SLEEP.... huhuhuhuh tomorow mning, i drive with my car going back to ipohhh....

Selamat Hari Kekasih Sedunia..... ermmm 14 feb baru jer lepas... kepada anda diluar sana mesti gembira kan, seandainya mempunyai kekasih yang telah menghulurkan seseuatu yang istimewa buat diri anda... untungnya anda kan..... nak tahu tak... seumur hidupku ini belum pernah lagi ader insan istimewa menghulurkan sesuatu yang teramat istimewa buat diri ku... huhuhu sedih nyer bunyi... tapi itulah hakikatnya.... jangan kata sejambak BUNGA... sekuntum pun tak pernah dapat.... :( .... kadang2 terasa jelouse bila tgk kawan2 bawa balik bunga,, terima bunga kat depan pintu rumah.... huhuhu... tapi apakan daya tak der sapa yang sudi nak memberi.... kadang2 kaum perempuan nih bukan la nak benda yang mahal2 kan.... yang murah pun jadi lah sekadar dapat merasakan diri kita dihargai.... itu sebab bila MOTHER'S DAY... saya mesti beli sejambak bunga buat ibu yang dikasihi sebab...saya tahu naluri kaum wanita ingin dihargai.....
